Oyen Lodge News: Clarke Huston provides entertainment at Pub Day

Hello everyone! Its been a beautiful week for weather. The snow is melting and there has been a bit of fog here and there. My first week has been a lot of fun. Our activities were cards, bingo, shuffleboard, cornhole, horse races, crib tournament and of course a few days of exercises in the mornings. Alberta Clothing was here on Wednesday, March 13, and we ended our week with a St Paddy’s Day Pub Day with entertainment by Clarke Huston and green beer and green cupcakes. The residents have been outside walking and enjoying the sunshine. Thanks to all the people that stopped in to visit! The first day of Spring is on Tuesday, March 19, we will be having a Spring Tea at 2:00 pm. Wishing everyone a Happy St.Paddy’s Day!
