Need a babysitter?

These are the 23 students who successfully completed the Canadian Red Cross Babysitter's Course held Saturday, May 11th,  2024. The course was offered by Oyen FCSS, and taught by instructor, Gayle Vass.  

The Babysitting Course has an emphasis on first aid skills in the event of an emergency.  Students are taught how to care for all age ranges including infant, toddler, preschool and school aged children.   It covers: creating a safe environment for children, leadership qualities, managing difficult behaviors, professional conduct as a babysitter, as well as expectations of a good babysitter.
