Slater: Vera, Sept. 3, 1921 – August 10, 2020

In loving memory of Vera Slater of Kindersley who died August 10, 2020, at the age of 98 years (three weeks short of her 99th birthday).

Beloved wife of Alec Slater; mother of Rena (and the late Dale) Moulton and Barrie (Delphine) Slater.

Vera was a kind and generous lady. She had a strong love of nature, was a weather-watcher and collected an extensive arrowhead collection with her brother. Vera was also a great baker and many looked forward to her special cookies given as gifts at Christmas.

Vera leaves to mourn her daughter Rena Moulton, granddaughter Audra Horvey, grandson Greg (Renee) Moulton, great-grandsons Dustin and Wyatt Horvey and Lucas Moulton; daughter-in-law Delpine Slater.

Vera was pre-deceased by husband Alec of 54 years, sister Esther and husband Glenn English, brother Fred and wife Zelda Cootes, son Barrie Slater, son-in-law Dale Moulton, grandson-in-law Wes Horvey, grandson Garry Moulton, great-grandson Blake Moulton.
