Foster: Viola Elizabeth (Lee), August 26,1930 - August 19, 2018

Our beautiful mother, Vi, died peacefully at the Hanna Long Term Care August 19, 2018, just short of her 88th birthday.

She will be lovingly remembered by her three children: Ian (Natalie) Foster, Diane Foster and Phyllis (Derrick) Foster; son-in-law, Keith Moore; grandchildren: Drew (Marj) Foster, Stephanie (George) Foster, Scott (Fern) Foster, Tia (Conor) Staples, Ty Moore, Tana-Lee (Craig) Cameron Hancock, Kaylene (Harley) McKinney, Carey (Matt) Cameron; and great-grandchildren: Brooke, Shyanne, Ella, Bentley, Kaysen, Everett, Nyla Joy and Bohdi. She is also survived by her sisters, Bertha Blanchard and Doreen (Jim) Culshaw who has been very devoted to her, and sister-in-law Iris Lee.

Vi was predeceased by her husband Jim (2009), daughter Andrea (1963), as well as her parents Antonius and Helen Lee, brothers Warren and Norman, sisters Alfild and Huldur, and son-in-law Doug Cameron.

A Celebration of Vi’s Life will take place at the Hanna Legion at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 8.

As Vi was never fond of funeral flowers, we ask that instead donations could be made in her name to either STARS, Hanna Legion or Hanna Roundhouse Society.
