HAND HILLS GRAPEVINE NEWS: Three inches of heavy wet snow blankets Hand Hills
By Marilyn Vredegoor
Hello Hand Hills … we are white with snow! Last night (Thursday) we got three inches of heavy wet snow. Such a welcome sight. It was so heavy that it gathered on the satellite dish and causes the service to go out. Simple fix, just brush the heavy snow off and the hockey game was back on. Missed two Oilers goals!
The Vredegoor Family was dealt a heavy blown two weeks ago when Martin Vredegoor, 79, was killed in a c train accident in Calgary. A Celebration of Life was held at Hand Hills Clubhouse on Dec 10th.
