BUFFALO NEWS: Get ready for Turkey Supper on November 1

By Lorraine Monkman

This week I am sorry to report that another neighbour had a wreck while working cattle. Doug McLean suffered a gash to his forehead and concussion after a gate swung back and caught him. At this very busy time of year, workers cannot be too careful.  Best wishes for a quick recovery Doug.

Marg and Simon had the pleasure of several of Simon's nephews' company on Thursday. They drove from Sherwood Park area and had dinner and a nice visit at the Schonhofer home. They had not visited together for many years.

Buffalo Ladies Club will hold its annual Turkey Supper at the hall on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 beginning at 6:00 pm.  Admission and raffle tickets will be available at the door. Come out and have a visit with the neighbours.

The Christmas Craft Market will be held in the hall on Saturday, November 18 beginning at 11:00 am. Contact Gwen for tables.  She is looking for vendors for several products. We hope to see you there.
