Vanstone: Geraldine Lois, December 27, 1956 – April 20, 2019
Geraldine Lois Vanstone was born December 27, 1956, in Calgary, Alberta to Lloyd and Lois Goodfellow.
Geri is survived by her seven brothers and sisters Marilyn (Bruce) Bates, Judy (Jeff) Axworthy, Ruth (Dan) Barabe, Rick (Jan) Goodfellow, Joe (Brenda) Goodfellow, Lloyd (Penny) Goodfellow, Lyle Goodfellow; daughter Tory (Jason) Kowal; partner Ron Bosch; and five grandkids Kale, Nevada, Nathan, Kain and Noah; as well as countless other family members and friends.
Geri was an amazing soul and enjoyed the simpler things in life, good food, good company, and most importantly, great music! She was an incredibly dedicated person to her friends, family, pets, and to her job of 20 odd years at the Nunweilers Flour Mill in Alsask, Saskatchewan.
Geri died peacefully at the Big Country Hospital in Oyen, Alberta April 20 after a very brave, but ultimately short battle with cancer. For anyone who knew Geri, I don’t have to say how much she will be missed! Her light shone bright.
