Letter: THE AFFORDABILITY CRISIS

THE AFFORDABILITY CRISIS: The affordability crisis in Canada is as bad as the Covid crisis was. It may be time for the Government to bring back the CERB payments or whatever they might want to call them. It doesn’t matter how many housing units you build if people can’t afford to pay the rent. The people will still have to live on the streets and dumpster dive because the Food Banks can’t keep up to the demand anymore. Do you think the Government has the balls to step up to the plate on this one. I’m sure a move like this would cause quite a stir in Parliament this week.
