Hanna weightlifter in Valhala Open Weightlifting Competition

Hanna weightlifter, Sheldon Pomeroy recently participated in the Valhala Open Weightlifting Competition on September 30 in Calgary. Sheldon competed in the 67 kg class and secured the 4th position in his class with lifts of 42 kg in the snatch and 65 kg in the clean and jerk. Good work, Sheldon!
