Join Cindy and Dean Kroetsch, esteemed NCCP Certified Instructors, as they serve as ambassadors for the exciting and rapidly expanding sport of Pickleball. The Kroetschs, proud residents of Hanna, are delighted to offer free instruction in Pickleball, starting October 11, 2023. They encourage anyone with an interest in the sport to seize this opportunity and take advantage of their generous offer of free lessons.

Launching the 'Learn to Play Pickleball' drop-in program, Cindy and Dean will be conducting sessions every Monday and Wednesday, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Centennial Place in Hanna. With a keen focus on imparting fundamental skills and strategies, the Kroetschs aim to provide an engaging and supportive learning environment. "These sessions cater specifically to beginners, both young and adult, and are not intended for experienced players," Dean emphasized. "It's the perfect chance to learn and have fun with friends and neighbours, without the pressure of competition," he added. Cindy further highlighted, "To make this opportunity even more accessible, we will have all the necessary paddles and equipment available, making it hassle-free for participants to give Pickleball a try."

Despite their extensive certifications, Cindy and Dean are generously offering their instruction without any course fees. However, attendees are still responsible for the fee to Centennial Place, ensuring the operational costs of the facility are maintained. Additionally, participants who already possess an annual or punch card membership are encouraged to utilize them, whereas drop-in fees will also be accepted.

The 'Learn to Play Pickleball' program will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays, commencing on October 11 and concluding on November 15. Sessions will run from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, exclusively held at Centennial Place in Hanna. Aspiring players are advised to come prepared with gym shoes and a water bottle for utmost comfort throughout the lessons. Notably, pre-registration is not required, making it even more convenient for individuals interested in exploring this exciting sport.
