Easter Treats! Gooey brownies
Easter means chocolate! What could be more delicious than brownies to round out a meal in good company?
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Line an 8” x 8” square baking pan with parchment paper, lightly oiled.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from the heat and add the sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Mix well and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition. Fold in the flour.
Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and cut into 16 pieces.
